This Agreement is made by Guangzhou Houwei Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hopeway") and the Cloud User (hereinafter referred to as "You" or "User"). After the special remind you before using the cloud service, please be sure to carefully read, fully understand the "cloud service agreement with my home" (hereinafter referred to as "the agreement"). Login to My App Store by any means, or using My App Store, directly or indirectly, is deemed to be voluntarily accepting the Company's related statements and user service agreement.
1.1Hopeway:By the end of the production to provide users with the company's smart terminal product data display and control functions of mobile client software.
1.2Cloud Service:Technical Services for Cloud Storage, Querying and Snapshoting of Video Content on the Terminal.
2.1Users should use the cloud storage service through the "Hopeway" APP.
2.2Cloud storage services only provide the appropriate technical services, terminal equipment and facilities acquisition costs, installation costs, traffic use and all other costs borne by the user.
2.3Hopeway offers a variety of cloud storage service packages for different user needs, specific service content (including but not limited to charging standards, expiration date, conditions of use, etc.) obtained by users, pages subscribed by or received by users
2.4Users need to log in using the account and password to use the cloud storage service. Hopeway software only confirms the user's identity based on the user's account and password. Users should keep the user's account and password, and its own use and loss of its own responsibility.
2.5Hopeway reserves the right to change, upgrade, or modify cloud storage services and related functions at any time. The Company further reserves the right to develop new functions for cloud storage services. All of the above new features, new services provided, unless the company has instructions, otherwise still applicable to this agreement.
1. Cloud storage belongs to the paid service, you need to pay for the service fee through online payment or other ways, the fee is as follows. Hopeway reserves the right to adjust the fees at any time.
If your device supports cloud storage, after the cloud storage service is enabled, when the device detects that there is activity in the monitoring range, the device automatically turns on cloud storage for video recording.
The service described in this agreement after the success of the purchase does not support the return, does not support the refund.
4.1Users need to ensure that all activities performed through my family are legal, true and effective and do not infringe the legal rights of any third party.
4.2Hopeway does not make any active review of the audio and video content stored by users through the application software. However, the Company reserves the right to make the audio and video content stored, transmitted and shared by the application software in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country, Rule, carry out the necessary supervision and review as necessary.
5.1After the user passes through the application, the content and information prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations of the country such as reactionary, pornographic, violent and the like are transmitted and stored, and the back-end system records may be used as evidence for the user's illegal law. Hopeway will not be held responsible for any damages or losses caused by any third party claiming or deriving any claim arising out of or in connection with the uploading, transmitting or storing of such content by the user's application.
5.2User agrees Hopeway reserves the right, on a unilateral basis, to suspend or terminate User's use of Cloud Storage Service without any prior notice and without refund of any fees charged, provided that the User violates any of the provisions of this Agreement. User agrees that if User violates any of the provisions of this Agreement The Company reserves the right to unilaterally determine whether to suspend or terminate the use of cloud storage services immediately without prior notice and without refund of any fees already charged.
5.3Any information that is later uploaded, distributed, transmitted or otherwise transmitted by Cloud Services, whether publicly or privately transmitted, is your responsibility for the uploading and ensuring the legality, completeness and authenticity of the uploaded content. In addition, if you rely on the trust, use or dissemination of information uploaded by other users, you should also bear the potential liability and risk.
5.4If you want to use the Hopeway cloud service to access the Internet, pay attention to prevent network security risks. Due to network attacks, hacking, virus infection and other causes will result in abnormal site, information disclosure, data loss or other problems, you hereby agree to be at your own risk and loss.
5.5The video content uploaded through Hopeway is provided by APP users. The authenticity, accuracy and legitimacy of the information uploaded by Hopeway is the responsibility of the publisher of the information. This does not mean that the company agrees with its viewpoints and that the authenticity, accuracy and legality of the above video content , Hopeway does not provide any warranty, and does not undertake any legal responsibility.
5.6Hopeway warrants that the external devices connected to my home should be able to operate normally under normal circumstances (including but not limited to temperature, humidity, normal power supply, no delay in network transmission, etc.). However, special circumstances may occur in actual operation to cause the operation to occur to a certain extent If the external device connected to the APP may be unsuccessful due to network instability or incompatibility between the built-in chip of the device and the network environment, the user clearly understands and agrees to bear all the above operations in using the APP network service risk.
5.7We are not responsible or liable for any accident, negligence, contract destruction, defamation, copyright or other intellectual property infringement and any resulting loss resulting from improper use of Hopeway.
5.8The copyright of this web site related agreement and the right of modification, renewal and final explanation belong to Hopeway.
6.1The user fails to pay for cloud storage service during the next billing period after the expiration of the subscription period.
6.2Users in violation of this agreement related to the promised provisions of the agreement.
6.3Major changes to the cloud storage services business or matters deemed necessary by Hopeway, Hopeway reserves the right to terminate the provision of Services and this Agreement without notice to Users 30 days in advance.
